What You Can Expect From Our Adjuster Services:

Our adjusters are licensed by the State of New Jersey and have both the insurance and construction expertise to handle your claim.

  • We will meet with you at the loss to inspect and discuss your property damages and your insurance policy for FREE.
  • We will discuss the policy coverages that you are entitled to.
  • We will make a determination whether or not we can help you with your loss.
  • If you decide to use the services of NJPA, you will need to sign our Fee Agreement and Notice of Assignment. There is no out-of-pocket cost; our fee is based on a small percentage of your claim and is paid only when your claim is settled and the insurance company issues payment.
  • We will contact your insurance company to notify them of our representation.
  • We will prepare detailed estimates for the damage to your building and personal property.
  • We will schedule the necessary meetings to inspect the property with your insurance company or its contractors to negotiate a proper settlement.
  • We will prepare and file the necessary paperwork required by your insurance company to conclude your claim so that payment will be issued.
  • We will manage your claim and keep you informed from start to finish.
