What You Can Expect From Our Adjuster Services:

Our adjusters are licensed by the State of New Jersey and have both the insurance and construction expertise to manage your claim.

  • FREE claim review – includes inspection of damages to home or business, discussion of insurance policy, and determination of whether it is a covered loss.

  • If you decide to use the services of NJPA, you will need to sign our Fee Agreement and Notice of Assignment. There is no out-of-pocket cost; our fee is based on a small percentage of your claim and is paid when your insurance company issues payment.

  • We will contact your insurance company to notify them of our representation.

  • We will prepare detailed estimates for the damage to your building and personal property.

  • We will schedule the necessary meetings to inspect the property with your insurance company or its contractors to negotiate a proper settlement.
